Aniici reserves the right to refuse any commission request.

All projects are handled as digital goods, meaning no physical items will be shipped.

Client must credit Aniici by name (Aniici), Twitter handle (@Aniici), or website (aniici.com) in the places where the designs are shared or displayed publicly.

Aniici retains all rights to the designs and the client must use the designs for their intended purpose only.

Client is NOT permitted to redistribute or heavily modify any of the design work unless communicated and agreed on.

Aniici reserves the right to cancel and refund the remaining amount of any project if it cannot be completed for any reason. If the client chooses to cancel a project after being marked as WIP, 50% of the commission total will be refunded.

Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and the client forfeits any rights to use the designs and any previous designs.

Before submitting a request form, prepare your references and ensure you have read over the terms and conditions. The form may take around 5 - 10 minutes to complete.

By default, there is no set deadline unless the client provides the date in their commission request. Depending on the timescale and complexity, you may be subject to a rush order fee.

Orders can be tracked on Aniici’s trello board. A preview or draft of the design will be provided to the client to confirm satisfaction before final delivery.
